\u672cROSGreenTMH2O2Probe\u6b63\u662f\u514b\u670d\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7f3a\u9677\u5f00\u53d1\u7684\u4e00\u6b3e\u8fc7\u6c27\u5316\u6c22\uff08H2O2\uff09\u9009\u62e9\u6027\u63a2\u9488\u3002\u63a2\u9488\u672c\u8eab\u65e0\u8367\u5149\uff0c\u53ef\u89c1\u5149\u533a\u57df\u5185\u65e0\u5438\u6536\u5cf0\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u63a5\u89e6H2O2\uff0c\u77ac\u95f4\u6fc0\u53d1\u8367\u5149\u589e\u52a0\u5e76\u4f34\u968f\u53ef\u89c1\u6ce2\u957f\u5438\u6536\u5e26\u7684\u751f\u6210\uff08Ex\/Em= DMSO\uff0c\u5145\u5206\u6eb6\u89e3\u6df7\u5300\u540e\u5373\u5f97\u52305mM\u50a8\u5b58\u6db2\uff09\u3002\u6309\u7167\u5355\u6b21\u7528\u91cf\u5206\u88c5\u51bb\u5b58\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u53cd\u590d\u51bb\u878d\uff0c\u81f3\u5c113\u4e2a\u6708\u7a33\u5b9a\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n 7.0\uff09\u7a00\u91ca\u50a8\u5b58\u6db2\u3002\u5de5\u4f5c\u6db2\u73b0\u914d\u73b0\u7528\u3002\u5efa\u8bae\u4f7f\u75285\u03bcM\u7ec8\u6d53\u5ea6\u7684ROSGreenTMH2O2Probe\uff0c\u6d4b\u5b9a\u6eb6\u6db2\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e2dH2O2\u6d53\u5ea6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n
