Hypoxyprobe-1\u7684\u7c89\u672b\u548c\u6eb6\u6db2\u5f62\u5f0f\u7686\u5177\u5316\u5b66\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\uff0c\u56fa\u4f53\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684Hypoxyprobe-1\u4e8e\u67d4\u5f31\u5149\u7ebf\u4e0b\u5ba4\u6e29\u4fdd\u5b582\u5e74\uff0cUV\u548cHPLC\u5206\u6790\u6cd5\u8bc4\u4f30\u65e0\u4efb\u4f55\u964d\u89e3\u53d1\u751f\u3002\u6eb6\u4e8e0.9%\u751f\u7406\u76d0\u6c34\u7684Hypoxyprobe-1\uff0c\u6d53\u5ea6100g\/L\u7f6e\u4e8e2-8\u2103\u4fdd\u5b584.5\u5e74\uff0cUV\u548cHPLC\u5206\u6790\u6cd5\u8bc4\u4f30\u65e0\u4efb\u4f55\u964d\u89e3\u53d1\u751f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u7406\uff1a\u7f3a\u6c27\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2dPimonidazole\u88ab\u8fd8\u539f\u540e\u5f97\u4ee5\u6d3b\u5316\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u6d3b\u5316\u7684\u4e2d\u95f4\u7269\u4e0e\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u3001\u591a\u80bd\u548c\u6c28\u57fa\u9178\u4e2d\u7684\u5def\u57fa\u57fa\u56e2\uff08thiol groups\uff09\u5f62\u6210\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u52a0\u5408\u7269\u3002Mab1\u6297\u4f53\u7ed3\u5408\u8fd9\u4e9b\u52a0\u5408\u7269\u4ece\u800c\u80fd\u501f\u7531\u514d\u75ab\u5316\u5b66\u6cd5\u6765\u68c0\u6d4b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n
